    Chapter Monthly Meeting RSVP

Community Guests:  Thank you for your pre-payment to our upcoming chapter meeting.  Your payment will confirm your attendance and dinner.

Please be sure to complete the RSVP form (at left) before proceeding to payment.  

After clicking the "Buy Now" button, you will be able to specify the number of seats you are reserving, and then login to your personal PayPal account.  If you do not have a PayPal account established yet, the sign-up is quick and easy.

NOTE:  Cancellations need be made prior to the RSVP date (generally the Sunday before the monthly meeting) as the final count is called-in to the caterers at that time.  Refunds shall not be issued for cancellations after the RSVP deadline, or for no-shows.  Mahalo.
